I have a form (designed in FP 2002) I'm using to collect
information and it dumps the information into Microsoft
Access.

I had a user submit information via the form the other
day and for some reason, it did not dump her info into
Access. I set up a custom Confirmation Sheet in FP 2002
and the user obtains the Confirmation Sheet, but I went
to see the information in Access and it did not come
through.

The user has Windows 98 2nd Edition and Internet Explorer
V5.00.2614.3500.

Any ideas?

We need a bit more info. First, how many people are using this app at
present? Is she the only one that this happened to? And how many times did
she try?

To date a total of 50 different people have successfully
submitted information 300 or so times.

She is the only one this happened to that I know about
and she tried two times. Should I have her try again?

Thanks,

Tom

Ask if she have any anti-virus or privacy applications installed or cookie
disabled, etc.

It sounds like something in the data she input into the form may be causing
an error in the query that is run by the app. See if you can find out what
she is inputting. It may be that the problem can be fixed with some form
validation.
