I am trying to obtain "Letters of Administration" in Texas to assist a family
who lost a loved one that didn't have a will and was single with no children.

The "forms" in the name of this newsgroup refer to data-entry
electronic forms in the program Microsoft Access - not paper forms for
governments. You should contact someone in Texas (if you're not there)
to obtain such forms, either from the local county courthouse or from
a commercial legal-forms service; or go to http://www.google.com and
