Forms opens on startup but shouldn't

I have a database where the frmDetectTime form opens and is visible whenever
the .mdb file is clicked on. In the startup options, it's not the form
selected to open on startup, that's frmLogin. There is no code in the DB that
opens this form on startup. I have no idea where else to look. Any
suggestions?
