I have two different websites ("A" & "B"). The form in website "A" works
great and the results are email to me. I entered a form into website "B" with
the proper settings (the same procedure as website "A") and does not work.
Does anyone know why the website "B" form is not working.

1) Define "not working"
2) Did you have the host set up website B for forms to email transport in
the FP server extensions?

1) The form results in website B are set up to be emailed to me. I get a
FrontPage Error when I hit the Submit button. "Webmaster: please see the
server's application event log for more details. " Where is this event log?

2) Yes, it is the same as Website "A"

The event log is on the server and is available to a server administrator.
Sometimes a web site requires an administrator to set it up correctly. For
example: the SMTP settings often need to be setup by the server
administrator itself. It could be that, even though you have made your
settings identical, the server extensions were not setup for site b like
they were for site a.

PS
Also most hosts will only allow you to send mail to an email box on their server
