Forms in Outlook and outside Outlook

Hi

I have made a few Outlook forms, only used inside the company. They
are OK.
If I send e-mails, using these forms, to addresses outside the company
the receiver only get a emty message. How come.

For a form to work, the recipient must have access to the form definition
that defines the layout of the form. If there's no code behind the form, you
can embed the form definition in a message by using the "send form
definition with item" box on the (Properties) page of the form. Otherwise,
the recipient would need access to the published form.

If you're not checking the "send form definition with item box," recipients
would need to have the form published in their own Personal Forms library
with the same message class as the form you're sending with.

I do have it check, but the form still shows up blank when receiveved
externally. Internally it is fine.
 
Did you double-click each recipient address to make sure it's set for
rich-text? The page I suggested below discusses that and other related
factors.
