I am new to this forum.
I have a problem with outlook forms.
i have created a task form and published it in outlook folder. later on, i tried assigning task with form (which i have creaated). but the person to whom i am assigning is not able to view/update the form.
Plz Note : Form works well when i try designing a new form and run the form from the design mode and assign it to the people.
Please suggest me how can i do this

My objective : Task with form(designed with "User defined fields") should be able to update by the task owner(i.e., to whom the task assigned), and any updates from the task owner should reflect in my task list(to-do list). also, if possible, the user defined fields should be able to view by the task owner in his task list.
Your early response is higly appreciated since i need to close this very urgently asap.
