Hi there,
I have a questionnaire that I've created in a form with text fields etc in Word 2007. The form also has sound clips of the questions being read out. However, when I protect the form ready to be filled in, it means you can no longer click on the sound file to hear the question. I figure the way to deal with this is to insert the sound file as a field, but I can't figure out how to do this. There doesn't seem to be a control on the list for an audio file... perhaps it needs to be coded, but my coding ability is very basic. Any thoughts on how I can go about creating a form in which the sound files can be clicked on and listened to even after the form has been protected?
Many thanks!
