Two points, Stephen:
- You're not talking to a search engine. These newsgroups are
peer-support technical areas where volunteers like me try to answer
questions about the newsgroup's subject.
- The subject of this newsgroup is the programming of Forms in the
database software Microsoft Access - not templates for paper "forms".
You're not likely to find generic forms on line. Each granting agency
will have its own forms. Try searching on http://www.google.com but...
good luck, you may not find what you seek.

Do you have a question about Microsoft Access database software? That is the
subject of this newsgroup, and, particularly Access "forms" which are the
way Access displays and accepts information on-screen.
In fact, I'm not sure I understand what you are asking.
