forms between organizations

Hi,
The form I built is supposed to be a way for communication between our
organization and another one.
I published the form in both organizations forms library, but when I send it
from one to another I get blank page….
Why?

Likely causes:

1) You didn't click the Edit Read Page button in design mode and create a read layout.

2) The forms are not published with the same message class or one or both has the "send form definition with item" box checked.

3) The mail server is stripping TNEF content from outgoing messages to the Internet, which means that custom form information is removed.

2) Look in the Manage Forms dialog to see the published form, or add the MessageClass property to a folder view that includes some items created with the form.
