I have created a personalised form of an email template.
Is there an easy way to access this rather than going
through the "Choose Forms" route. Eg) A shortcut button on
the standard toolbar would be nice.

I am not necessarily an outlook power user, but this has worked well fo
me to easily access various email forms.

I created a new folder named "forms" in the folder list in outlook.

I just create the .oft forms I need and then save them as usual. The
just drag them into the "forms" folder from their default location whe
Outlook is open.

Works slick as a whistle since I also have a blistering fast searc
utility.

Then just open the folder in the folder list and select the form yo
want to use and you're rockin' and rollin'
