formattng cells.

I want to put tracking numbers of all the major carriers in a single cell column. My major problem is with Fed Ex home and ground. The tracking #'s are 24 char. long. Also when it starts with a zero the zero doesn't display. How can I customize the cell to do this?

Pre-format the cell as text.
