Formatting

I am having trouble with the formatting on a PowerPoint
presentation from my computer. When others update the
presentation the formatting holds, but when I update the
PowerPoint information the formatting is lost.

Are you using a different version of PPT than the others?

I know there are some issues with aligning text with spaces when you
switch versions. (See Tabs and Spacing at
http://www.echosvoice.com/gotchas.htm )

There is also one version which sees underlines in the spaces between
words, and another which doesn't.
