formatting

I am booting from the cd to format my computer. It gets past the main menu as I select "Press enter to continue installing windows". I press enter and it brings me to the licensing agreement. It then won't let me press F8 to agree. I can press ESC to quit and i can scroll up and down but I can't agree. If anybody can provide me with some help that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Chris

I know this sounds really silly, but do you have a Microsoft Multimedia or
similar keyboard? If so you need to push the F-Lock key to use the standard
F keys. Just a thought.
