If you really want to destroy all data on the drive, you can use the XP
recovery console, run from the XP CDROM, to format the drive. You can also
use it to delete partitions and create new ones.
Alternatively, a DOS floppy with the latest version of FDISK could delete
NTFS partitions, which would be called "non-DOS" partition by FDISK.
