Hello Newsgroup

I have never used Continuous Forms before so I need a
little bit of help.

I have an MIS System that calculates then returns figures
and percentages. I have been asked to provide a further
breakdown according to "Type". It is in this area where I
have decided to use Continuous Forms.

The problem I am having is that I am wanting to "color"
the text boxes for each individual Record on the Continous
Form, the color is determined by underlying VB Code
comparing values. How can I get the following Scenario to
work?: -

Record1 Value=95% (This Record would be in Green).
Record2 Value=87% (This Record would be in Amber).
Record3 Value=81% (This Record would be in Red).

At the moment all of the Records are coloured, rather than
each individual Record

Many Thanks

Tony,

Check out Conditional Formatting in the Help screens.

If the control you want to color is based on is a bound
column, then conditional formatting will work, so long as
you have no more than 4 criteria. If you need more help
on this, let me know and I'll try to expound on this.

Many thanks Dale, a chap called "Jack Flash" also made the
same suggestion and it works just fine.
