Formatting the TOC

I would like to format page numbers in the Table of Contents different from
the actual page numbers in the footer. Any suggestions?

Michele,

You will need to modify the TOC styles and make sure that
when you generate the TOC it is from a template. See this
article by Suzanne Barnhill....
