I've created a PPS in PowerPoint 2000 using the standard features supplied.
I have text coming in on the fly and would like to know if it can be
formatted to have a little outer glow or something of that nature. Maybe a
little sparkle on one of the letters. Is this possible in PP2000 or is there
a tutorial or separate add on's that I can use.

Many Thanks!!!

TK.

Hi TK,

For an outer glow, you could give it a shadow and use Format, slide color
scheme to change the shadow color to a "glowing" color.
Or you could change the text to separate lines of Word Art and have total
control of fills, lines, shadows, 3-D, etc.

Glenna,

Thanks for your suggestions. How does one change the text to separate lines
of Word Art... can I find instructions for this in PowerPoint help or a
tutorial at a website.

I will give the "Shadow" effect a try and post back.

Again, Thanks!!!!

TK.

Glenna,

I answered my own question... just spent about an hour playing with Word
Art, Wow that really changes things quite a bit!!!

Thanks!!! ;-)
