I asked yesterday about if there is a control that converts bold,
underline etc.. to html-tags, but I got no answers. Does this mean that
access (any version) is so limited that there is no such controls to do
this?

The reason why I'm asking is that I want to use access as a frontend to
a CMS that normally uses a web-frontend.

Regards,

René

Is my screwdriver so limited I can't drive nails with it? Access is not a
web application. It does have Data Access Pages that allow you build web
front ends. So rather than bash the product, either choose the right tool or
study up on DAP.

Rene Access works with RTF and HTML controls. There is no control I know
of that does a direct conversion RTF->HTML and vice versa. YOu could
easily use AUtomation with MS Word though to:
1) Copy the RTF to the WOrd App.
2) Copy the Word RTF Text to the ClipBoard
3) Get the converted HTML from the ClipBoard
