Hi Joan,

If you go to View menu, then Master and then Notes
master, go to format, font and you can then alter
the font for each level of text in notes.

Best of Luck

Thanks Terry

What I really was wondering is if it is possible to fomat
the notes that can be displayed while viewing the show -
rightclick slide / display speakers notes.

Hmmm ...

Are you using single or dual monitors, Joan??

Single = same exact thing on computer monitor and projector screen.
Dual = Projector shows something different than what is on monitor

I thought I heard you humming off there in the distance. ;-)
I know what you're thinking, and if you haven't yet done it, try what you're
thinking on a single monitor system. It's only applicable during a slide show,
but it might be just the ticket.

The only way I am aware of to do what you want (change the font size while
running in the speaker notes dialog) is to use the Ctrl+Mouse Wheel to
change the size of the text in the "Rich Edit control" used there.
Unfortunately, you will have to do this after every slide/notes change,
because the control's text size is reset along with the notes. Maybe there
are 3rd party accessibility tools that are available which make this
scenario better. Alternatively, you can change your display settings in
Windows to always use a larger font.

Feel free to suggest something better at

team has, the better we are able to serve your needs.
