My W2KSP4 server is attached to an IP SAN. I have one
VOlume that is 22GB. When I attach to it and manage it in
Disk Manager it shows up as 21.99GB. I have tried many
other sizes and they all show up as the true size. Any
ideas on the 22??

It won't be exact. The 10 MB will hardly make a difference.

On my "160 GB" drive I can only see 152 GB :-/

All the hard drive manufacture's MB, and GB
means millions of bytes, and thousand of millions
bytes respectively.
So 160 GB means 160,000,000 byte but at
the OS level, 1MegaByte means 1024 byte,
and 1GigaByte means 1024x1024 bytes.
So if you divided 160,000,000 by (1024x1024);
then you will see the result is
about 152.59 Giga Byte of stroage space.
