Formatting not working on link bar

My site is www.aboutterrabella.com.

I have a link bar within a shared border at the top. In FP I am
choosing a particular style for the link bar (particular hyperlink
buttons) but no matter which I pick I am not seeeing it when viewed on
the internet. The only thing I am able to format is the font, not
even the color.

Any ideas? Thanks.
