Formatting messages

When I send e-mails, paragraph symbols, return symbols,
etc show up in my message. Is there some button that I
pushed on accident or is there a way for me to correct the
formats of my messages?

If you're using Word to create your messages (obviously, you are),
check Word's Options menu & uncheck what you don't want to display.
