formatting large drives

Marvin Bordelon

I have a Windows 2000 server with SP4 and all updates
applied. I am adding a second hard drive that is 250gb.
Both the motherboard bios and device manager recognize the
manufacturer,model number and capacity of this hard drive
but, disk manager only recognizes 128gb. What can I do to
make disk manager recognize the full capacity of this
drive?
