page in question this happens to is finance.yahoo.com

Having an issue where the middle of the document is pushed all the way down
to the bottom of the page and the fonts are smaller. I am thinking this is
a CSS issue and the fact that it is caching a css and not updating upon
visiting the page. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Mcafee
security center is installed, all but the most recent updates(last 3 weeks)
have been installed(windows update).
