Formatting cds

On Roxio Easy CD Creater, I think i need to format my cds
to the program, because they won't read in my cd drive.
How do you format the cds on this program?
 
you shouldn't need to format a cd. roxio is fickle. exactly what is your
problem and what are you running as an os. do you have norton installed?
