Can I erase data from a CDR-W? Or do I just overwrite what is on th
disk?

Thanks for any help

No, you cannot overwrite. You have to erase or format the disk.Erase is
simple option that just delete the data but in format [not the quick
format] , the disk will be like completly new and it will take a long tim
to format the disk.
