You need to purchase a CD mastering program i.e. Sonic, Roxio, Nero and there are others. The existing CD-RW will need to be erased first (save the the files to HDD first) then after you install the mastering program the CD-RW can be formatted, the saved files written to it, then it can be used as a giant floppy.
