Formatting Bullets

I have a table within my powerpoint document. In the
table I have bullet points. In one of the columns, the
text begins immediately after the bullet (no space). When
I try and format it by using the markers on the ruler,
only the text on the bulleted line will move, with the
following line (part of the same bullet, just wrapped
around)staying where it is, directly under the bullet
above. I can't seem to get it lined up with the text
above. This is very frustrating, I hope someone can help!
Thank you.

I can't seem to repro it here, Nicky. If I add bullet points to text in
a PPT table (testing in PPT 2000), and I move the carats/markers on the
ruler, the text aligns as it should.

You don't happen to have a tab or a space between the bullet and the
first letter of the text, do you?
