A secretary in my company writes a lot of text in the text field of the
appointment. She wants that this field acts like an email message and
recognize email addres and telephone numbers because her boss use to read
the appointment from a cellular phone. I think it isn't possible.
Thanks.-

email addresses should be hyperlinked if she adds a space or enter. Not sure
what you mean about phone numbers - they are just numbers in the note field
though.

Did you try it? They are hyperlinked here as soon as I either add a space or
press Enter after typing the address.

Thanks, Brian, that works... and anything similar for phone numbers???

Outlook can't be made to recognize and make active phone numbers in the body
of a message, as far as I can tell. What do you want Outlook to do when
there's a number?
