If I want to force all capitals I enter ">" in the Format field of the
table design section.

If I want to force the field contents to the right of a column I enter "#".

Bur how do I force both together, since ># does not work.

Please help, Frank

If I want to force all capitals I enter ">" in the Format field of the
table design section.

Clarification: This sets a Format which DISPLAYS the data in all caps.
It does not change the actual contents of the table. If you type
MiSsissIpPi into the field, that's what will be stored. You'll SEE
MISSISSIPPI but the actual table contents will be as typed.

You don't.

Tables are NOT FOR VIEWING. They're for data storage.

Store your data in a Table; to view it create a Form (in which you can
set the alignment, font, size, color, etc. etc. of each textbox); to
print it, use a Report.

Thanks.

My ultimate aim was to get the figures in a ComboBox column to default to
the RHS, but no luck so far.

I don't know any good way to do that, unfortunately!
