I need to format my spare 160GB S-ata Maxtor drive but have been
unable to do so. The drive works ok but I want to wipe all data of it.
I have tried to use Maxblast but this does not work because I don't
have a ATA drive in my pc (only 2 S-ata drive, Maxtor, 80GB and
160GB). I have tried to format it though Windows XP but this also
fails for some reason. Is there some other piece of software that I
can use to format the drive (prefably freeware) ?
