Formatted, screwed me over

i have 2 hard drives, C:\ and E:\. I normally boot off of
E:\.

I just formatted my C:\ Drive and restarted. I got the
error "NTLDR is Missing, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to restart".

I really need to get back onto my E:\ dirve, but I dont
know how!

Someone please help!

Bill,

Boot from the Win XP CD and enter the Recovery Console. At the Command
Prompt type the following ( "X" is your CD-Rom drive letter). Allow the
files to overwrite the old files
COPY X:\i386\NTLDR C:
COPY X:\i386\NTDETECT.COM C:

A damaged Boot Sector can be repaired at the command prompt by typing
FIXBOOT and press Enter. Then answer "Y".

I typed both those commands in and restarted - now my
computer keep srebooting and wont allow me to do anything

Boot the Recovery Console, run bootcfg /rebuild from the command prompt.
