I have an e-mail in ppt that I would like to save as a jpeg. I cannot figure how to do it. Can someone help me?

Depends on what you want to save from the emailed presentation and if you
have PowerPoint installed on your machine. If you do, then ...

Option 1 -- select the picture you want to save and right click. Use the
'Save as picture' option.

Option 2 -- select the slide you want to save and click File | Save As ... |
{pulldown menu}Save As Type | {select} JPG

Option 3 -- use a screen capture program.
