Formating???

Yes, I want to change my file system to NTCP from FAT32 but without having to reinstall XP Pro (It was very difficult with this computer!!), Is there a way???

To switch from FAT32 to ntfs isnt formatting the disk,its converting th
file system only. You wont loose any data,go to run,type:cm
Then type:CONVERT C: /FS:ntf
Agree to restart,then type:EXIT Restart computer for it to convert.

A good second party program is Partition Magic that will do it both ways
without losing data. DON'T format. Use Andrew's method for FAT32-NTFS from
XP. Always back up first, nothing is a sure thing........
