Does anyone Know? I am presently seeking employment and
some employers request that you e mail your resume, I am
working in XP - Microsoft works how do I save my document
so that I can send it e mail to computer that uses Windows
2000, they request word format.

If they want it in Word format you need Word so you can create it in Word
format. If you don't have Word maybe you have a friend who does. You could
create the doc on that computer and send it, or make a copy for your
computer.
 
If I remember correctly, Works now acutally uses a version of (or cut down
version of) Word.

Try File|Save As... and see if any of the items listed in the "Save as type"
list is Doc or Word Doc - or something like that.

What about Rich Text Format (RTF)? That is readable by MS Word.
