We put a screen capture of our Outlook new message format
to viw, at this URL:

Problem
When we click on "new" for a message, the resulting
message screen format appears like the screen capture
cited above, showing two lines of "normal" formatting and
two lines equal to the signature formatting.
Question
How do we expand the first two line's formation and add a
few more lines at that format, to appear automatically
when clicking on "new". Example, maybe 6 lines of normal
formatting, but still only the last two formatted as the
signature?
It is a pain to always have to hit the return key for
every new message before beginning typing.
