The fonts are standard fonts...Arial and Arial Black, so I don't think
it's
that they don't have the font installed. It's just changing formatting of
the font, so sometimes what was Arial 14 might be Arial 18 when they open
it,
or what was Arial Black regular is Arial Black italic when they open the
file.
On the color front, it appears to be going back to the PPT default colors.
We have our own palette set in our templates, but when the client opens
the
file, it appears from the Microsoft default palette for those fill colors.

Fonts might change if you've used a font that they don't have installed.
What font are you using to create the presentations with?
However, fill colors should not change when you just open a file. What
color
is it changing from and to?

When I save files created in PPT 07 in PPT 03 format to send them to a
client
who is still using PPT 03, the formatting is getting messed up. When
they
open the file, which looks fine on my computer in .ppt format, some
fonts
and
fill colors change. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I
can
avoid it?
