FormatConditions - more than 3 workaround?

Is there any workaround for setuping more than 3 FormatConditions?

I have one field that has 6 possible values and I want to setup BackColor of
one text box in 6 different colors based on value of that field.

Any solutions for this?

is this a single or a continuous form?

It's a continuous form, so if I change color on Form_Current event then it
changes all rows color.
