Is there any difference between the format you get by using the Disk
Management tool found by opening Computer Management and the Quick Format
done by going to My Computer, right-clicking the drive and selecting Format
in the pop-out menu?

You can do a quick format in either location. Quick format doesn't
check the disk for errors/bad sectors whereas the "regular" format does.

Quick format usually will be listed,but not aplicable in most situations,use
the complete format option.
