Format

Sorry for the first post since I haven't finished typing
it. I have 490 records and the format is as following:

Client ID Question ID Answer
1 1 Yes
1 2 No
1 3 Never
==================================================
Total is 28 questions. However my boss didn't like the
format and he wants the following format:
===============================================
Client ID Question1 Question2 Question3
1 answer answer answer
2 answer answer answer
===============================================
Is there a way to transfer the format? Otherwise I need to
manually reenter all the data. Thank you in advance.
 
Hi Sue,
In a new worksheet enter the client ID's one time each in
column A.
In the original sheet left click and highlight all the
answers in column C for the first client ID.
Copy these highlighted cells.
Go to the new sheet and right click in the cell in column
B adjacent to the correct client ID.
Select Paste Special > Tranpose > OK.
Repeat for the rest of the clients.
