Format

Dear All,

this question is asked by one of my friend. He wants to
format the numbers in INDIAN Numeric system where in we
write 123,456,789 as 12,34,56,789 ( Indian System).

He has changed in the regional settings, digit grouping.
But the same is not applied in Excel Sheet. Can any one
help him.
