Format TOC - Word 2007

How do I format the TOC? I have a TOC within the document for chapters, and
default seems to be indented Times New Roman 12 regular unbolded. I want it
not indented Arial 14 Bold. I highlight all the TOC, change the settings
under the Home tab, but when I update entire table it goes back to the
original.

You need to modify some or all of the nine styles named TOC 1 through TOC 9,
which are used to format the levels in the table of contents
(http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/styles/ModifyAStyle.html). See step 3 in
