Alan

We are currently using Outlook 2000 SR-1.
The Address book has both a Global list of everybody in
the company and a Contact list which is my personal
address book.
The Global list displays the names in a Last, First
(Company) format. The Contact list displays in a First,
Last format. How do I change the Contact list to display
Last, First?
I've already tried Tools / Options which will allow you to
change the format on the Contacts Directory to First, Last
or Last, First, but this only works on the Contact Page
not on the Address Book. Any ideas how to change it on the
Address Book?

Tools menu > Services > Highlight the Outlook Address Book service > Click
Properties > Set sort order

Thank you for your answer, next question, how do I remove
my original post from this database as I mistakenly
supplied my real email address on it and I've had a lot of
Spam, Scams and viruses ever since?

That would depend on your news reader and which news server you are using.
For most, you can't.
