Format for Sent Messages

I print out the messages I send for the file. If I send a message with an
attachment, the printed copy of the message does not show the "Attachment"
line. Is there a place to select the format of how I message will look when
you print a hard copy? I have done the following: (1) Open message; select
File, then Print. There is no option to select the format, only the print
window in which to select the printer,etc. (2) Right click the message and
then select File, Print, which brings up a different box and asks whether to
select Table Style or Memo Style, but I do not seem to be able to edit the
Memo Style to "add" additional features. Any advice? Thanks.

Apply Office 2003 Service Pack 1, which fixes this issue.
