Format envelope Word 2003

I am using the Word mail merge wizard from the toolbar to
make an envelope. I am able to get return address and
recipient address OK. I want to add a line to the left
of the recipient address that says Address Corrrection
Requested. How do I do this? So far I am only able to
get the return address OR the address correction
requested, not both on the envelope.
 
Set up the document as an envelope . (Set paper size to envelope -
landscape... from the Page Setup dialog box) -- then use the Form Letter
option -- that way you can have additional text on the "base envelope" that
will repeat with each new envelope.

will that work for what you need? hope so!
