format drive NTFS

windows Xp already on drive using NTFS file system
I need to do a complete FDISK and Reforma
How can i do this
And can i ghange back to fat 32 file system

Boot the system with your WinXP CD, select "Install"
when prompted, then allow the disk to be
repartitioned and formated when prompted.
