Form won't send to E-mail

For the past few months, my customer's form won't send to his E-mail
address, only to an html page or .doc. I have done what is required by
Frontpage as well as checking the form code.(but not FP equivilant of
formmail, can't find it on my server and my ISPs solution is use "formmail")
Does anyone know what is wrong with this FP 2002 form?
Thank you
Jane

Is the email being sent to an address associated with the domain?? If the web site name is
www.thewebsite.com the email must go to (e-mail address removed)

The FrontPage form actually creates the email on the server, and it is then downloaded by an email
client when they check their email. It does not actually "send" it to the recipient.

If your host's solution is to use formmail, then they should have instructions available on how to
set it up. It appears that the host is not willing to provide support any longer for using the FP
Form Handler, so there is not much you can do from your end if the form doesn't work.

Post the URL please?

WHat have you set in the form properties as the email address?

Does the host support the email-sending capability of Frontpage? (or for that
matter, have they set it to do so?).
