form wont email

I have tried everything I can think of to try to get my form to go to an
email account. It was working fine for years. I went in to make some
adjustments and now cant fiqure out what I changed that made it stop working.
It is driving me crazy!
 
If the results are going to a file, then you must have your host configure
the forms to email transport in the FP extensions.

A possible problem is that your form page is lacking </body> and </html>
tags.
It also has an extra form at the end - this does not contain any fields or
buttons.

I have had this problem before. I spent hours looking at the source code to
no avail.
try redoing the form again it worked for me.
