I'm creating an online form, but when you click on new and more website
templates, the form wizard is not there.
So, I just inserted a form with my text boxes, but can't find a say to send
the form to email It is gray out.
Anyone know what to do in this situation? It was much easier to open the
form from the wizard, then put in other text boxes myself.
