Form with subforms won't appear in Form View.

I designed a form with 2 subforms, one of which has a nested subform. When I
first switched to Form View, the screen was blank. Then later when I tried
again; the Form appeared and looked fine. Later I tried again and got
nothing. I checked all the Allow Form View switches and they all say Yes.

A Form will be completely blank if two conditions apply: the form's
Recordsource is not updateable (or the form itself has been set with
Allow Edits false), and the Recordsource returns no records. Is your
form based on a Query? Is it updatable? And (when the form is showing
up blank) does the query have no hits?
